Milestones

A Decade of Industrial Evolution

2013

The Foundation

Kurt Foundry was established in Weifang City, Shandong Province. We started with a single resin sand molding line, focusing entirely on high-quality gray iron counterweights for local heavy machinery manufacturers.

2016

Metallurgical Expansion

To meet complex engineering demands, we upgraded our induction furnaces and established an in-house spectrometry lab. This allowed us to successfully expand into pouring ductile iron and high-strength carbon steel alloys.

2019

CNC Integration

Understanding that our clients hated managing multiple vendors, we built a dedicated machining workshop. By installing 5-axis CNC centers, we transitioned from supplying raw castings to delivering Ready-To-Assemble parts.

Dedicated North American Partner

Today, over 80% of our 15,000-ton annual output is exported directly to the USA and Canada. We handle everything from DFM CAD reviews to DDP logistics, making importing industrial parts completely frictionless.

We utilize advanced Magmasoft simulation to predict metal flow and shrinkage, eliminating internal defects like porosity before tooling is even cut.

In-House Pattern Making

By producing our own tooling and core boxes using precision CNC routers, we maintain absolute dimensional accuracy from the very first prototype.
